- 500 g (1 lb) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (or paprika for a milder version)

- Add the shrimp and toss until every piece is well coated. Marinate for 15 minutes.
